Outcomes

  • Prepare you to pass the Scrum.org certification PSD® I exam
  • Understand how modern Agile engineering practices improve a team's capability to deliver working software
  • Learn the different aspects of the Scrum Framework, a Scrum team and what it means to be a team member.
  • Get a good understanding of the role and responsibilities as a developer within a Scrum development team


Program Design

  • Many short lessons to make it easy to work through the program when you have small blocks of time
  • Slide presentations with the trainer narration (audio) to emphasize and clarify important concepts
  • Knowledge check quizzes after most sections
  • Additional resources such as articles, links, or external videos to aid your learning


In order to have a solid understanding of the practices and pass the exam, you are expected to:


  • Pay close attention to all the lectures while going at your own pace
  • Invest personal time in reading any additional resources provided
  • Take every 'quiz' and retake until you are scoring 100%

The Scrum Framework refers to 'developers' as anyone who performs work on the team
